Oils are chosen for the specific needs of the client to help balance chakras and help with any physical or emotional issues. The massage includes Swedish massage techniques to relax muscles and improve the circulation, neuromuscular techniques to help with any muscular aches and pains, specific areas may be given particular attention. Then the meridians are traced and acupressure points worked. Crystals may be laid on the body to help rebalancing of suttle energies. Clients are not rushed and given time to fully relax. Clients commonly come on a regular monthly basis. Most commonly clients come for general stress relief though a whole range of physical ailments such as migraine, arthritis, digestive problems,muscular aches and pains,skin problems may be helped and emotional issues addressed.
